What this site collects

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

There are no forms, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no third party analytics. Nothing you do here is measured, profiled or shared with anyone.

Typefaces are served from this website's own server rather than from a third party content delivery network, so loading a page does not disclose your address to anybody else.

What is unavoidably processed

Server logs: Our hosting provider records the usual technical information for every request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser and operating system. This is standard for any website and is used only to keep the site available and secure. It is not used to identify you and is not combined with anything else.
Email you send us: If you write to an address on this site we hold your message and address in order to reply to you, and afterwards for as long as there is a business reason to keep it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Nothing else: No cookies. No analytics. No advertising. No profiling. No automated decision making. No sale or sharing of personal data, in any circumstance.

Who is responsible, and your rights

The controller is Bbabsal Mines Ltd, 34 Riverside Avenue, Luanshya, Copperbelt Province, Zambia. Bbabsal Industries Inc, registered in Ohio, United States, is a related controller for correspondence directed to it.

Zambian processing is governed by the Data Protection Act 2021. Where a visitor is in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR apply to that processing and we honour the rights they give.
